On the Easter weekend of 2004, an artist and a few friends set out for the Dublin Mountains. With them, they brought some artworks; conventional pieces of sculpture all representing the same image; the figure of a man praying. This figure the artist calls "the prayer".

Their intention was to photograph these figures in different natural environments, thereby altering their impact and meaning.
